    This is a larger-than-normal post with lots of details. The weather allowed an exceptionally colorful photo with great tonal range, which provided more opportunities than most, to play with texture and color. As usual, the most interesting aspect of the photos lies in the differences and relationships between the large-scale and small-scale views; the contrast between form and texture. Take some time to look closely.
